We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our (OT) Operational Technologies group and lead a team of highly skilled and respected consultants in North America, reporting into our General Manager for OT . You will be an expert at relationship management, building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders to help achieve business objectives. Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Consulting Services
- Lead and execute projects, client acquisition, business development, integration, and control system deployment.
- Projects Specific systems include SCADA, EMS, ADMS, DERMS, MMS.
- Support achievement of business unit revenue, sales and team utilization targets.
- Engage with key contributors within diverse client organizations to ensure PSC services are offered for potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate and deliver complex engineering consulting services and solutions that fall within the service offering.
- Perform project management, program management, and project tracking of assigned projects for their regional team.
- Contribute to weekly/monthly team reporting and year-end performance reports.
- Support annual PSC and Operational Technologies strategy and business planning
- Support the pursuit of PSC Group opportunities and initiatives that require global expertise, as and when requested.
People Management and Development
- Responsible for the overall leadership of their regional team; and
- Build and maintain a high-performance culture through effective recruitment, performance management, communication, training, coaching and development of staff in a manner consistent with PSC’s culture.
Business Development and Customer Acquisition
- Develop and maintain relationships within existing and prospective PSC client organizations for addressable market opportunities that fall within the service offering.
- Developing quality and profitable consulting proposals, collaborating across PSC as appropriate.
- Maintaining sales support tool entries for all sales pipeline opportunities
- Representing PSC in industry forums, working groups, and conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) or related field or, comparable professional experience and capability.
- 15+ years of SCADA/EMS/ADMS experience.
- 10+ years of management experience; strong reporting, analytical and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with clients.
- Experience developing project schedules and project management.
- Strong working experience with EMS vendor systems (e.g. GE, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, OSI) and applications.
- Thorough knowledge of SCADA/ADMS/EMS/MMS systems.
- Familiarity with modern industry methods and practices.

- Excellent presentation skills to represent PSC in industry forums, working groups and conferences as well as client presentations.

- Diplomatically astute; able to read situations aptly and exhibit sound judgment.
- Has the ability to organize time to the best advantage of PSC.
- Manages competing demands to maintain a healthy balance between work, family, and community activities.
Governance/Management
- Ability to work with senior team providing professional, accurate, reliable and strategic advice.
- Ability to implement and deliver corporate decisions and policies.

What We offer
At PSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $164,000 USD to $256,000 USD
You may also be eligible to participate in our profit share program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.-based employees also receive, per calendar year, 10 scheduled paid holidays, and 10 days of sick leave. Additionally, regular full-time employees accrue up to 15 days of paid vacation.
