Head of Power Networks – North America (Preferably East Coast)

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead and inspire our Power Networks teams to further develop in Europe.

Role Summary:
As Head of Power Networks you will report directly to the General Manager of Power Networks and Strategic Advisory and lead a team of up to 20 people, including 3 direct reports. It’s anticipated that this role will grow as the business grows. You’ll be responsible for the delivery and commercial performance of our Power Systems Studies teams in Europe, ensuring projects are well-resourced, effectively budgeted, and delivered on time. Your role will also focus on driving new business, leading complex projects, and providing strategic guidance to our clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Collaboration with our North American Power Networks, Senior Manager will be a key aspect of this role, as you work closely with global teams to deliver impactful solutions and support our international growth.

• Great project management, reporting, analytical skills

• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills

• 7+ years leadership experience.

• 10+ years Engineering experience in a technical capacity.

• An undergraduate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) is required

Salary Band is $180k-$270k USD annually
