What You’ll Do

Technical Delivery & Support:

• Build and install telecommunications cubicles and equipment for energy sector clients.
• Test, commission, and diagnose faults in communications systems across multiple client sites.
• Work both remotely (client sites) and from our Adelaide CBD office/workshop, supporting a range of telecommunications projects.

Project Collaboration:

• Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation, commissioning, and testing activities.

What You’ll Bring

Experience and Technical Skills

Demonstrated hands-on experience as a field technician in industrial environments, with strong skills in telecommunications DC systems, rack/cubicle/cabinet installation, cabling (optic fibre, copper, data, ELV power), optical fibre handling and testing, and IP networking and security infrastructure. Exposure to the electricity utility or heavy industry sectors, knowledge of LAN/WAN, radio and multiplexer systems, and proficiency in technical documentation and commissioning/testing are highly regarded.

Qualifications:

Minimum Certificate III (or higher) in Telecommunications, along with an Open Cablers License, construction induction card (white card), and a current Australian Driver’s License essential. Existing rights to work in Australia without the need for additional sponsorship required.
