SCADA Modelling Consultant (Contract) – Melbourne

Are you an experienced SCADA professional with strong modelling capability and confident stakeholder communication skills within the energy industry? We have an opportunity for a SCADA Modelling Consultant to provide modelling support to a major client on a 1-year contract, starting ASAP.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver SCADA modelling support aligned to client requirements (operational technology to monitor and control electricity transmission, distribution, and gas networks), contributing to reliable operational outcomes.

• Work closely with engineering and operational stakeholders, translating technical needs into practical modelling deliverables.

• Support project delivery through clear communication, documentation, and structured problem-solving (e.g., plans/schedules to ensure smooth execution).

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: ~5+ years SCADA modelling experience; exposure to most energy related SCADA system is welcome.

• Core skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement; able to explain technical decisions clearly.

• Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent).
